UPS stores, an essential business, needed to change their business practices almost overnight to support safety across thousands of franchises. They were also looking to support their customers with access to reliable and effective PPE.
Process
SSG built a UPS Covid19 Practice Store to enable them to quickly and efficiently stock their franchises and promote a new product offering to their customer base. SSG manages all activities from sourcing through product delivery.
Result
Stores remained open and well-prepared to practice required safety precau5ons throughout the pandemic.
